Strategic HQ

Strategic leadership, client relationships, and product strategy. Close to our clients, in their time zone, and always available.

🇵🇦

Panama, City

Engineering Hub

Full PEO employees with benefits and career development. Not contractors. Not rotating. Professionals who build careers at InTech — all on Eastern time.

Values Grid

Four-column grid from the home page — "A Relationship and a Methodology. Not a Body Shop."

People over Technology

Technology is powerful because of what it enables people to do. We never lose sight of the human outcome behind every technical decision.

Relationships over Projects

We invest in long-term partnerships where our engineers understand products deeply enough to be genuine collaborators, not just executors.

Collaboration over Silos

Successful teams engage everyone — design, product, engineering, and stakeholders — in a shared process, not a handoff chain.

Curiosity over Indifference

Lifelong learning is no longer optional. We hire people who are genuinely excited about the craft and how it keeps evolving.

1 Step 1

Book a 30-minute call

Use the link below to find a time that works. No forms, no sales funnel — just a calendar.

2 Step 2

Tell us what you're building

We'll ask about your goals, your team, and where you're stuck. You'll leave with at least one useful idea.

3 Step 3

We'll tell you if we're the right fit

If we're not the right firm for your situation, we'll say so and point you toward someone who is.

4 Step 4

If it makes sense, we'll scope a next step

An Express Pod, a discovery sprint, or something else — sized to your actual situation.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do you replace our AI vendors and tools?
No. Most clients already use Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools. We help connect them to your workflows, data, and decision processes, and add custom infrastructure where off-the-shelf tools fall short.
How is this different from an AI consulting firm?
Strategy without implementation tends to stall. We bring strategy, training, and product engineering under one operating system — so the roadmap we help you build is the same one we help you execute.
How small or large can engagements be?
Engagements scale from focused discovery work through team training, multi-month development pods, or ongoing leadership relationships. Most clients start with a Discovery Sprint and expand from there.
What about data privacy and security?
You own everything we build. We use customer-dedicated environments, follow your data-handling requirements, and sign NDAs and BAAs as needed. We don’t train models on your data.
Do you work with non-technical leaders?
Often. The work is designed to translate business intent into AI implementation without forcing leadership to manage engineering details directly.

Six places we help companies build AI capability

01
STRATEGY

AI Strategy & Roadmap

Know where AI belongs before you invest in building it. We help leadership teams identify the right opportunities and define a practical roadmap.

  • Opportunity assessment
  • Use-case prioritization
  • Build vs. buy vs. integrate
  • 90-day adoption roadmap
Build the right roadmap ->
02
LEADERSHIP

Fractional Chief AI Officer

Senior AI leadership without adding a full-time executive. Strategy, governance, and execution oversight on a monthly cadence.

  • Operating cadence
  • Governance and risk framing
  • Vendor and tooling guidance
  • Implementation oversight
Add AI leadership ->
03
ENABLEMENT

AI Training & Team Enablement

Help your team use AI well, not just more often. Training built around the actual workflows people work in.

  • Executive workshops
  • Role-specific enablement
  • Workflow and prompt design
  • Safe usage standards
Train your team ->
04
INFRASTRUCTURE

AI Agent Infrastructure

Give agents the context, tools, and guardrails they need to do real work, including custom MCP servers and connectors.

  • Agent workflow design
  • MCP server development
  • Tool and connector architecture
  • Human-in-the-loop controls
Build agent infrastructure ->
05
MEMORY

Agent Memory & Org Context

Most AI tools forget too much. We design memory systems so agents retain decisions, rationale, and the context recurring work needs.

  • Context graph design
  • Decision and rationale capture
  • Retrieval quality tuning
  • Memory governance
Build memory in ->
06
BUILD

Custom AI Software & Automation

When the answer is software, we build AI-enabled systems that fit the work, not generic copies of off-the-shelf tools.

  • Internal AI assistants
  • Workflow automation
  • Customer-facing AI features
  • Productionizing prototypes
Build AI into the work ->

CRAFT Methodology

The signature 5-step framework, applied to AI. A repeatable “labeled step” pattern — letter badge, title, one-line rationale.

C Step 1

Context

What does the business need AI to understand about customers, decisions, and constraints?

R Step 2

Rationale

Which decisions are AI-eligible, which need human judgment, and why we drew the line there.

A Step 3

Automate

Which work AI should perform end-to-end, with the right tools, prompts, and connections.

F Step 4

Fortify

Reviews, approvals, permissions, and controls that keep AI useful and safe at scale.

T Step 5

Telemetry

How we measure whether AI improved the outcome, not just whether it ran.

CTA Band
